Kek Span/Chiffon Cake




Resipi kek chiffon ni diberi oleh Pn Chan. Ini hasil cubaan kali pertama. Tidak menjadi,salah cara pukul telur dan gula.Sengaja saya masukkan juga gambar kerana tidak tahu bila akan mencuba lagi resipi ini.

Ingredients:

6 eggs
1. 1 cup flour
2. 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
3. 1/8 tsp bicarbonet of soda
(1,2,3 sieve together)
4. 5 Tbsp oil
5. 1 cup sugar
(4,5 mixed together)
1/2 tsp cream of tartar
6 Tbsp santan
pandan essence

Method:
Beat egg white and sugar/tartar a little at a time untill stiff
( a tail appears when a spoon is dipped into it)

Beat egg yolk, add in santan, oil,pandan essence and flour.
Then add in egg white
Bake in oven 180 C for 40 mins

Cool cake upside down on a glass
